The Publicity Program and Members Lounge

These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a legal agreement between you (Client) and Rebecca Miller of Write & Reach (Company). They relate to your purchase of The Publicity Program & Members Lounge (Program). Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before continuing with your purchase.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

1. Contract

This purchase forms a binding contract between you the Client and Rebecca Miller the Company. By completing this purchase, Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

The core service consists of:

a.       Access to The Publicity Program training materials

b.      Access to the private members-only Facebook group

c.       Media opportunties and office hours with Company

2. Payment + Refunds

All payments must be made via PayPal. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of services.

Clients are billed monthly (except on the yearly subscription) through Paypal recurring payment – their registration day is the renewal date for subsequent months.

On the yearly subscription the registration date will be on the date of subscription.

If Client joins on the $1 introduction, Client will receive access to The Publicity Program for 7 days. After the initial trail period, the next recurring payment will be taken automatically through PayPal. It is Clients responsibility to delete the recurring payment and discontinue membership. No refunds will be given.

Clients are responsible for remembering and maintaining their subscription and reminders will not be issued by the Company

Payments are processed through a third-party provider (Paypal) and so no credit card details are retained by Rebecca Miller.

Any Client who wishes to cancel their membership can do so at any time, by cancelling their recurring payment in Paypal.

There is a 30-day money back guarantee if Client is not happy with the product, however Client must first prove that they have completed all the modules in full. Refund requests must be received in writing.

If a recurring payment declines, the Client will receive a notification, and will be required to make alternative payment within 24 hours. If this is not done, the membership will expire.

3. Prohibited Use

All materials resulting from our work together are for your personal use only. They are not to be copied, resold or shared with third parties for free or for profit. Rebecca Miller retains all copyright and other proprietary notices. No other use of the materials or information is authorized. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.

4. No Guarantee


Client acknowledges that individual results may vary based on their personal efforts as well as other external factors. Company does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which client may suffer as a result of using the services of Company.

5. No Resale

Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the program including course materials, use of the Program, or access to the Program. This Agreement is not transferable or assignable without the Company’s prior written consent. Company retains all copyright to The Publicity Program and Members lounge materials.

6. Confidentiality

Company agrees not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any Confidential Information learned of through its transactions with Client during discussions with Client, coaching sessions with Client, or otherwise, without the written consent of Client.

7. Duration of Program

Once accepted, Company agrees to provide Client access to the purchased Program. Client agrees and understands that access to the purchased Program may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that Company uses to provide the Program (web hosting, membership site plugins, etc.). Client agrees and understands that no breach of contract action may be initiated against Company when there are reasonable delays in the access of Program materials.

8. Changes

Company reserves the right to change or withdraw the program at any time, giving Client 30 days notice if the program is to be withdrawn.

Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and will provide 30 days’ notice of any changes. Rebecca Miller reserves the right to remove any member at any time without refund.
